Want to start my own Buisness..Need Advice Please!!!?

I am 16 years old, and I have dreams of starting my own buisness. But at this point I am not to sure how I can make this possible. I recently decided that I want to create my own upscale clothing store, with a unique twist, I want to start working on things now so by the time I'm 18, I can open up the store. Once the buisness prospers I want to make it into a franchise. But I want to sell most of the buisness to someone because I want to start my own luxury Hotel Chain. Once those buisnesses prosper, I want to invest my money into the Washington Redskins and become Minorty owner. I know you may say this is a lot, I am not sure were to start but I know once my clothing store prospers and I get people to invest in it to make a franchise, then sell the buisness I'm pretty sure I will have enough money to build my own hotel chain and from there invest into the Redskins NFL Franchise.
