My dog has very sensitive skin and fleas!! HELP?

I have a bull-mastiff with extremely sensitive skin. She has bumps all over her. We got rid of the fleas but the shampoo irritated her skin even more. My poor girls miserable. Any suggestions. I cant get her into the vet for 3 more weeks and i want to get her comfortable. Please help!!
