Maybe she's not very ually confident, and doesn't feel comfortable expressing her enjoyment vocally. Every girl is different. From what I've heard, a lot of women have trouble reaching through - which is no reflection on your prowess, it's just the way they are. If she's struggling to get enjoyment from , maybe you could try taking it slower or asking her what feels good for her.
