How to remove ingrown hairs?

i waxed my legs 2weeks ago and when the hair was growing back, i realised that the hair follicles were hurthing me and they were really sore. Now the hair has grown a little, ive realised that all over my legs I have ingrown hairs and it will take too much time to pluck them out with tweezers as you can imagine. Is there any cream or anything that i can do to remove them please?
