Throwing Dry Frat Parties?

So, I'm the new social chair for a dry fraternity house. We are small (23 members) but we do have a lot of people that are not a part of the house that hang out here...so I would say we would have the potential to get around 50-60 people at a party (including members) if we played our cards right. I need party ideas...I'm at a loss, and every question or party planning website is all about the drinking. I have around $200-250 for a party. Ideas? Please....
