Is the Fender Squier SA-100 a good beginner guitar?

I have never played guitar before, but have always wanted to start. I don't know if I will be bale to stick with it so I want a fairly cheap one, and this is only 100 dollars. I know that I won't be getting an amazing guitar, but I was just wondering if it would be okay for just a beginner?
