Why didn't the ravens' interception and lateral count as a defensive touchdown?

Today, Ed Reed picked off a p and ran 19 yards before making a long lateral to Dawan Landry, who raced the remaining 23 yards for a touchdown. I started the ravens d and i don't know why it didn't count as a defensive touchdown.
