Who can help me with this? Question about max speeds/accelerations & simple harmonic motion...no calculations!

The velocity when the weight is at the maximum and minimum displacement is zero. When the weight is at the maximum, the spring will be pulling it in (accelerating) until it gets to the equilibrium where the spring will start to push against the weight to slow it back down to zero. The same thing happens in reverse when the weight goes up.
