How learn Management?

My age is 28 yrs., simple Arts graduate, I ped out in 2003 and scored only 45%. I was very slow in school age, But in college time I took extra care for english language. Now I have some knowledge on English but decreased my aggragated marks. I am working now as a graphic designer, I have a little knowdge on tally. I know if I can appear for CAT type exam. I can compete for a seat. But my persentage is below than expect. Anyone have any solution how can I make a MBA course or a BBA. Or without competative exam or distance education?
